Eating before conditioning?
Saturday, I had conditioning at 10:30, but I didn’t eat breakfast. I felt a little dizzy and had a headache. Yesterday, I had Baked Ziti at my lunch which was an hour and a half before conditioning but I still felt sick from it. I had some chicken tenders at school for the past week and felt fine. What should I be eating to make sure that I don’t get sick while conditioning?

Something tells me that "eating" might not be your concern since you feel sick regardless of whether you eat your meal before or after conditioning. I would suggest that you consult your doctor and find out if there is an underlying reason for this. Also make sure that you do not over-exert yourself during conditioning.

America doesn't support itself?
With 300 million people supporting hundreds if not thousands of self serving interests, do you think it matters which party is in office? Some vote for a single issue while ignoring the huge bigger priority picture.

Some say "support America" every time they buy "made in China". Some bash big oil every time they go get gas. Some unemployed social service recipients think free health care is actually free oblivious that tax payers who do work have to pay for it. It’s now ok to quit school and become amazed they can’t find a decent paying job, while others make it through college only to be told they don’t speak two languages. Many blame the cost of housing is a problem, but fail to grasp that the costs are driven by people willing to spend idiotic amounts beyond the homes real value.

Do you agree that as soon as "the people" who vote actually vote based on the country vs. their own little piece of it will actually see the country improve? Else we can just sit back and see another chapter of incompetence? After all, we elected them or…….re-elect them.

And now - actually bailing out a companies who cooked their own books is normal on tax paid dollars destroying the fittest and strongest will survive ideology causing national economical meltdowns.

We live by the double standard and turn our backs on hypocrisy. We render ourselves intentionally ignorant when it conflicts with our own little airspace. It appears to many that the last vestige of politics which it may even die soon is actually making politicians accountable to the country. What a concept! But how can that happen when we as a people can’t even hold ourselves accountable?
